Spaghetti with clams

Ingredients for 4 people: 12 oz spaghetti, 1 lb 2 oz clams, 1 clove garlic, minced, 10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 bunch of fresh parsley, minced, hot pepper according to your taste, salt, 6 tablespoons white wine. Preparation: Take a large bowl and fill it with cold water with plenty of salt, stir to dissolve the salt. Now let's take a pasta colander and immerse in salt water. Pour into a pasta colander our he lives clams. Cover the clams with a lid and leave them for at least an hour. Only by doing so will lose the annoying sand. Of course, before you cook the clams need to rinse. Take a large skillet and pour: The extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, hot pepper into small pieces and half the chopped fresh parsley. Cook over low heat until golden ingredients. Be careful not to burn everything. Pour the clams are still alive and cover the pan with a lid. When the shells of clams are all open add the white wine. Continue cooking over low heat for at least 15 minutes. This time without a lid. At the end of the cooking time must remain a sauce. At this stage we do not add the salt. Now cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Remember that the pasta should be drained still "al dente".
