Recipe risotto pears gorgonzola cheese

A first course very important in Italy,  risotto. This dish is typical, especially in northern Italy and naturally exists in many variants. Today's recipe is called " Risotto pere e gorgonzola", in inglese " Risotto pears and gorgonzola cheese". A recipe very well-balanced, really sophisticated. The sweetness of the pears meets the strong taste of gorgonzola cheese.

Ingredients for 4 people: 12 oz type rice Carnaroli 4 cups of vegetable broth 12 oz ripe pears 4 oz butter 5 oz gorgonzola cheese 2 oz walnuts cleaned 1 shallot, chopped 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese Top Food Blogs Preparation: First we have to prepare the broth keep you warm. The broth can be done easily with the nut. Take a pot average and put the butter and chopped shallots. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add the pears cleaned and cubed. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the rice and continue to stir for another 5 minutes and always a slow fire. Now add a ladle of hot broth and continue so every time evaporates. Remember that the rice cooker in about 15 minutes. When there are eight minutes to complete cooking add the chopped walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. Mix and if necessary add a ladle of broth.. Always finish cooking over low heat and finally add the grated Parmesan cheese.Serve the risotto in 4 hot dishes. I wait for the next post. Yum
