Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms

Again here with a new recipe well known in Italy. Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms  . In Italy the woods are full of the wonder, the  in autumn and clearly found it very easily wild mushrooms in the markets. They are quite expensive, the average price of a kilo of these wild mushrooms is 25 euros.

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 grams of tagliatelle,
800 grams of crushed tomatoes,
4 chopped wild mushrooms,
1 clove garlic, minced,
A little spicy,
A little extra virgin olive oil,
Salt to taste,
A little white wine.

Preparation:

Thoroughly clean the mushrooms with a damp paper and slice them into small pieces. Take a large skillet and pour a little oil, garlic and spicy. When the garlic is golden add the chopped mushrooms. Mix well and after 5 minutes pour some white wine and a little salt. When pouring the wine has gone around the tomato. Mix and cover the pan, cook over low heat for 15 minutes more or meno and mix occasionally. Cook tagliatelle as always al dente and unused oil in the water because it serves. Drain the pasta well and add to the pan. Mix well and serve hot, if you like you can add some freshly grated parmigiano cheese but the recipe does not put cheese. Thanks for reading my posts.
